Michael J. Wachter

Michael has over 20 years of engineering and project management experience in the commercial, data center, pharmaceutical, and industrial business sectors. In addition to client advocacy, Michael is also responsible to oversee and guide the firm’s engineering design team from an operations perspective. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and a LEED accredited professional who has successfully managed multiple projects that have received LEED certification under the United States Green Building Council’s LEED certification program. These include Honeywell’s North American Corporate Headquarters, Johnson & Johnson’s Skillman, NJ Headquarters Building, and Covanta Energy’s Corporate Headquarters, all of which obtained a LEED Gold Certification.

He holds a Bachelors of Science Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.
