Prior to this role, Katrina held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Salish Lodge & Spa from November 2015 to April 2018, and worked as an Assistant Restaurant and Lounge Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from May 2014 to January 2015.

The Rock Wood Fired Pizza is a family focused, full service casual dining concept. Focusing on gourmet wood-fired pizza, while also offering foods for all moods, including pastas, burgers, sandwiches, salads and gluten-free options. Add our unique microbrews and cocktails to the list and you truly have something for everyone. The Rock opened in 1995 as a gritty, local pizza joint in Tacoma, Washington. Our unique atmosphere began to gain recognition throughout Tacoma and South Seattle as the venue where everyone could bond over their love for music, gourmet pizzas, special microbrews, and of course, Rocktails. After over 20 years, we can proudly say we’re still that same local pizza joint, just with more locations throughout Washington, Oregon, Colorado, and Texas.
