Rick Busby

Rick Busby's work experience begins in 1986 when they worked at Golden Books - Western Publishing as a Sr. Product Manager, National Account Executive, and Supply Chain Manager. In 1996, they became the Business Line Manager at At-A-Glance Day Dream. From 1996 to 2000, they served as the General Manager at Landoll Inc. - Tribune Company. Starting in 2001, they worked at American Greetings as the Executive Director of the Wal*Mart Team until 2007. At American Greetings, they also held the roles of Vice President of Sales from 2007 to 2013 and Executive Director of DesignWare & Specialties from 2007 to 2008. In 2009, they became the Executive in Residence at John Carroll University. Since 2013, they have been a Partner at S.J.S. Acquisition, LLC. Since 2016, they have been the President of The Rogers Company, where they oversee the design and manufacturing of branded environments for various events and corporate spaces.
