Hrish Lotlikar has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Hrish is the Co-Founder and CEO of SuperWorld, a virtual world platform that allows users to create, discover, and monetize content in augmented reality. Hrish also co-founded Rogue Initiative Studios, where they served as the Chief Business Development Officer.

In addition, Hrish is a Co-Founder and Board Member of OMA 3 - Open Metaverse Alliance for Web3, a collaboration of Web3 metaverse platform creators focused on interoperability and transparency. Hrish is an Advisor and Co-Founder of Growth Engine AI, a company that provides advisory services in AI development. Afterwards, from 1999 to 2001, they attended the University of Illinois Chicago, where they simultaneously earned a Master of Public Health degree with a specialization in Health Policy and Administration, as well as an MBA degree with a focus on Finance and Entrepreneurship. Currently, Hrish is expanding their knowledge and skills by participating in the Harvard Business School Executive Education program, specializing in the Business of Entertainment, Media & Sports since 2021.
