Mitchell Clayton, CFA, CAIA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operational and investment due diligence across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at The Rohatyn Group since November 2019, Mitchell specializes in M&A, focusing on sourcing and researching acquisition targets while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previously, Mitchell held the role of Director of the Multi-Manager Team, establishing a robust operational due diligence program. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President at Lazard Asset Management, conducting due diligence on funds in emerging markets, and similar roles at Duff & Phelps and UBP Asset Management.
