Michoel Shapiro

Michoel Shapiro is an experienced educator and martial arts instructor, currently self-employed as the Head Instructor of Krav Maga and Haganah since 2012. With a teaching background dating back to 2006, Michoel has taught at various venues, emphasizing realistic self-protection skills alongside spiritual values. Additionally, Michoel serves as the Department Head for JLI Teens at The Rohr Jewish Learning Institute, where responsibilities include overseeing curriculum development and empowering teenagers through Jewish education. Prior to this, Michoel was the Director of Education and Assistant Rabbi at Chabad At La Costa, managing a wide range of educational initiatives and community services. Michoel's academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Theology/Theological Studies from the Rabbinical College of America.
