Thomas Wagstaff

Thomas Wagstaff has a diverse work experience in various operational roles. Thomas held the position of Head of Operations at The Romo Group, overseeing manufacturing, processing, and shipping globally. Prior to that, they served as Senior Operations at Amazon and Divisional Director of Operations at OSL Cutting Technologies. Thomas also worked as Director of Operations at Meggitt and Precision Castparts, leading multiple functions such as supply chain, quality, manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Before that, they served as Manufacturing Manager at ICON Aerospace Technology Ltd and Engineering Manager at Marshalls. Their career began as an Engineer at British Gypsum.

Thomas Wagstaff has a diverse education history. From 2000 to 2004, they attended Peoples College Nottingham and received a HND in Electro-Mechanical Engineering. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Engineering from The Open University, which they completed between 2010 and 2017. To further their business and management skills, Thomas attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2016 to 2018, where they completed the PCC General Manager Development Programme (GMDP). Currently, Thomas is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from The Open University, which they are set to complete between 2022 and 2024.
