Nicole Healy

Nicole Healy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operations across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Experience at The Room since March 2024, Nicole previously held the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Hire Runner, where the focus was on connecting operational talent with inclusive startups. Prior roles include VP of Business Development and Client Success at Prox, Co-Founder and VP of Operations at VMA Media, and Sr. Director of Sales Operations at UBM Tech. Nicole has also contributed as a Board Member for Kids Konnected, supporting children impacted by parental cancer. Education includes a degree from UC Irvine obtained between 1999 and 2003.
