Amanda Auchana, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amanda began their career in 2009 as a General Manager at ARCO/AM PM STATION, where they managed three fuel stations and supervised a staff of 30. Amanda'sresponsibilities included hiring, scheduling, and training employees, as well as budget management and collaboration with leadership. In 2014, Amanda joined Accsell Inc. as a Recruiter & HR Operations professional, overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks and providing training on sales methodologies. Amanda also played a key role in identifying and developing talent pipelines for clients. From 2015 to 2018, Amanda worked at the University of Phoenix as a Business Finance Advisor. In this role, they supported students by managing their financial files, creating onboarding processes, and ensuring credit alignment for graduation requirements. Most recently, Amanda joined The RoomPlace in 2019 as a Sales associate.

Amanda Auchana completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Phoenix in the period from 2016 to 2018.
