Luciano Tapia is an experienced culinary professional with a solid background in hotel and restaurant operations. At The Roosevelt Hotel since July 2018, Luciano currently holds a professional role. Previously, Luciano served as Executive Chef at Crowne Plaza® Hotels & Resorts from February 2018 to June 2018 and worked at Junior’s Cheesecake as a professional from May 2017 to January 2018. Prior experience includes serving as Sous Chef at Crowne Plaza JFK Airport from February 2015 to April 2017 and as Chef at Holiday Inn SoHo from March 2007 to December 2014.
