Susan Salicco has over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Reservations Sales Specialist at The Roosevelt Hotel since August 2007, where responsibilities include managing phone reservations and interfacing third-party reservations into the Opera Reservation System. Previously, Susan completed an internship in the Human Resources Department at The Roosevelt Hotel in early 2007, where tasks involved organizing and updating employee files. Prior experience includes a managerial role at BHC Highway Corp, achieving a 50% increase in revenue while supervising and training staff, and a position as a Legal Secretary at Real Estate Partners, managing attorneys' daily time sheets and serving as a key point of contact. Susan holds an Associate Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Katharine Gibbs School and a Certificate in Hospitality Administration/Management from the American Hotel & Lodging Education Institute.
