Gary Uhrig

Gary Uhrig has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving in a management role at The Rose Group since February 2014. Prior to this, Gary Uhrig was the General Manager at Don Pablo's Restaurants from June 2009 to November 2013, successfully revamping a challenging restaurant's operations and staff. From 2000 to June 2009, Gary Uhrig held various regional management positions at Damons International, Inc., overseeing both company and franchised locations, including a role as Regional Manager for the East Coast where seven restaurants were managed alongside responsibilities in the Purchasing Department. Gary Uhrig also served as Operations Officer, managing 19 restaurants for a franchisee in Pittsburgh, PA, and held the position of Director of Purchasing from 2008 to 2009. Gary Uhrig has a background in business education from The University of Akron.
