Adrien Rosier is the Founder and President of The Rose Production, an independent urban music label and creative production studio established in 2023 to support local and international artists. In this role, Adrien leads artist management and creative direction, collaborating with various artists on branding, release planning, and visual storytelling. Prior experience includes leading Inclusion & Diversity initiatives at Bacardi, overseeing global bartender training programs, and managing digital communication for Bacardi's innovation brand. Adrien's earlier roles encompass positions at European Bartender School, Twitter, and various marketing and social media agencies. Adrien holds degrees in Brand Management, Digital Communication, and Marketing from reputable institutions.
