Andrew Lin, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Property Accountant at The Rosenblum Companies, managing the financial aspects of a diverse portfolio of approximately 1.7 million square feet of various property types. Prior experience includes roles at KPMG, where Andrew excelled as a Property Accountant and Audit Associate, applying IFRS and GAAP standards while enhancing audit efficiencies through advanced data analytics. Earlier, Andrew completed an internship at The Bonadio Group, conducting comprehensive audits, and collaborated at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company, managing complex tax returns for high-net-worth clients. Andrew's educational background includes a Master of Science in Accounting with a concentration in Data Analytics and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, supplemented with minors in Computer Science and Information Systems from Siena College.
