Sherrie McAden

Sherrie McAden, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, primarily in the role of Vice President. Sherrie worked at The Rosewood Corporation from 2016 to the present, where they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Human Resources at The LaSalle Group from 2012 to 2015. In this role, they provided strategic support to the business and implemented initiatives to improve communication and trust among employees and management. At Orthofix, they held several positions, including Vice President of Human Resources from 2008 to 2012. During their time at Orthofix, they championed a culture of accountability through an organizational change initiative. Overall, Sherrie McAden has a wealth of experience and expertise in HR management and has made meaningful contributions to each organization they have worked for.

Sherrie McAden, SPHR has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications from Texas State University. Sherrie initially pursued a Communications degree with an emphasis on Human Resources at Texas Tech University, but transferred to Texas State University to complete their degree. In 2013, they obtained a certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
