William Lyng (Billy)

William (Billy) Lyng, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at The Rosewood Corporation, a position held since October 2015, with prior roles including Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant. Experience includes work as an Audit Senior at Deloitte, focusing on Hedge Fund, Mutual Fund, and Private Equity Clients from September 2013 to October 2015, and a brief role as an Audit Intern at Deloitte in early 2012. Additional experience includes serving as Head Camp Counselor at Nytex Sports Centre from June 2010 to August 2013, where mentoring of counselors and enhancing parent relations were key responsibilities. Academically, William holds a Master in Professional Accounting with a focus on Financial Reporting and Assurance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both degrees obtained from The University of Texas at Austin. William graduated from Poteet High School in 2008.
