Andrea Elliott has a diverse work experience. Andrea started their career at Apple in 2012 as a Genius and worked there until 2017. In 2017, they joined Spring Loaded Technology as a Customer Experience Manager, where they stayed until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Andrea worked at BlueLight Analytics as the Director of Customer Success. Currently, they are working as a Product Manager at The Rounds, starting in October 2021.
Andrea Elliott completed a Customer Loyalty: A Strategic Approach course at Kellogg Executive Education in an unspecified time before 2020. Andrea also obtained a Graphic Design Diploma from NSCC from 2009 to 2011. In addition, Andrea obtained a certification in Foundations in Design Thinking from IDEO U in August 2021.
