Rob Wood

Rob Wood is an experienced Public Events Manager at The Royal Air Force Museum, a position held since January 2023. Prior roles include Assistant Visitor Experience Manager at The Bishop's Palace from November 2021 to December 2022, and Marketing Assistant at The Helicopter Museum from November 2019 to October 2021. Rob's diverse background in visitor services began as a Visitor Service Assistant at Dorset County Museum and included various customer-focused roles, such as Membership & Visitor Welcome Assistant at the National Trust and Gardening Customer Advisor at B&Q. Rob holds a Master of Arts in Art Galleries & Museum Studies from The University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Nottingham Trent University.
