Alexandra Sopoaga

Alexandra Sopoaga has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Alexandra is currently working as the Programs Lead - People and Culture at The Royal Australasian College of Physicians. In 2022, they worked as a People Leader at the Bank of New Zealand, where they managed daily operations and led cultural evolution. From 2018 to 2022, they served as the People and Culture Director at the Arise Charitable Trust, overseeing organizational development and facilitating a growth-oriented culture. Prior to that, they were a Business and Team Development Manager at Servcorp, responsible for various tasks such as project management, operations, and team management. Alexandra also has experience as a primary school teacher and worked in different roles at Servcorp, including PR and Marketing Manager and Trainee Manager.

Alexandra Sopoaga attended The University of Notre Dame Australia from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education degree in the field of Education. In addition, they have certifications as a Certified Strength Coach from Gallup and as an ICAgile Certified Professional from The International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). Alexandra also holds MBTI Global Step I and Step II Certification in Personality Psychology from The Myers-Briggs Company.
