Ashish Kadian

Ashish Kadian is an accomplished IT Programme Manager with extensive experience in leading infrastructure and technology projects across public sector organizations. Currently at the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames since August 2022, Ashish manages a £5m Infrastructure Programme, successfully overseeing AWS migration, WAN redesigns, and other critical initiatives while aligning IT strategy with organizational goals. Prior experience at NHS South, Central and West includes orchestrating the £25m Sussex IT Transition Programme, implementing project management methodologies, and ensuring effective governance structures.
