Kam Birdie

Kam Birdie currently serves as the Communications and Engagement Lead for the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames since August 2023. Prior to this role, Kam held multiple positions at Slough Borough Council, including Localities, Community Development and Leisure Lead, Active Communities Manager, Community Development Manager, Active Communities and Participation Manager, Community Safety Officer, Community Warden Manager, and Estate Manager. These roles have focused on community engagement, development, strategic planning, and safety initiatives, emphasizing the promotion of active lifestyles and community empowerment. Kam holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Solent University and A-levels in Law, Sociology, and History from St Philips Sixth College.
