Sophie Furness

Sophie Furness is an experienced HR and Organizational Development consultant with over a decade of expertise in designing and delivering learning and development programs. Currently serving as an HR/OD Consultant for the Royal Borough of Kingston since April 2012, Sophie specializes in various areas, including 360-degree feedback, coaching, mentoring, and E-Learning development. Previously, as an OD Project Manager at the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames from June 2008 to April 2012, Sophie was responsible for the design of organizational performance schemes, recruitment training, and team development. Sophie holds a BA (Hons) in Sociology from Goldsmiths College, University of London, completed between 1983 and 1986.
