Alys Campbell

Alys Campbell possesses extensive experience in retail and organizational development, currently serving as the Assistant People and OD Partner and previously as the People and OD Administrator at Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh since January 2023. Prior to this role, Alys worked at NEOM as a Store Supervisor for a brief period. Alys's earlier experience includes significant positions at Cath Kidston as Deputy General Manager and Store Manager, Ness Clothing & Accessories as Multi-Site Store Manager, and H&M as Flagship Department Manager. Alys's educational background includes a BSc. Honours in Business Studies and Psychology from the University of Stirling, complemented by degrees in Business Administration and Management and Leadership skills aimed at women returners.
