Husna Pasha has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2015, they founded The Happychondriac Society, a mental health consulting business that offers training, workshops, and seminars on mental health and well-being. Husna also worked as a Presenter/Host/MC for the same organization. From 2018 to 2020, they were the founder of Alisha's Catering and Alisha's Cafe Collective. In 2020, they worked as a Consultant-Return to Work at Moonee Valley City Council, managing the Workers Compensation Portfolio.
