Husna Pasha

Husna Pasha has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2015, they founded The Happychondriac Society, a mental health consulting business that offers training, workshops, and seminars on mental health and well-being. Husna also worked as a Presenter/Host/MC for the same organization. From 2018 to 2020, they were the founder of Alisha's Catering and Alisha's Cafe Collective. In 2020, they worked as a Consultant-Return to Work at Moonee Valley City Council, managing the Workers Compensation Portfolio. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Senior Wellbeing Adviser at ESTA (Emergency Services Telecommunications Authority). Currently, they hold the position of Staff Mental Health Program Lead at The Royal Children's Hospital since July 2021. Prior to these roles, they worked at Xchanging as a Customer Relationship Manager and Manager of Sales and Service from 2015 to 2018. Husna also worked as a Business Development Manager at IPAR from 2008 to 2015, and as a Victorian RTW Coordinator at DP World from 2005 to 2007. Husna Pasha's background in Occupational Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy contributes to their expertise in mental health and well-being.

Husna Pasha completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney from 1997 to 2000. In 2006 and 2007, they obtained a Cert IV in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the Academy of Hypnotic Science.
