Hasan Naveed

Hasan Naveed is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon currently working as a locum at Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Foundation Trust since October 2023. Hasan holds multiple roles at The Royal College of Ophthalmologists, including Examiner, Skills Faculty Member, Chair, and Deputy Chair of the Ophthalmologists-in-Training Group. Additionally, Hasan serves as a Council Member and Young Ophthalmologists’ Representative for the British Society for Refractive Surgery and is an Editorial Board Member for the journal Eye. Hasan's previous experience includes a locum consultant position at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust and extensive training in ophthalmology within the NHS from 2014 to 2023. Hasan also contributed to academic roles as an Honorary Clinical Lecturer at Brighton and Sussex Medical School and a co-supervisor at St George's, University of London.
