Jim Baxter is an experienced Health and Safety professional with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as a Health and Safety Officer at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh since June 2016 and as a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor at National Oilwell Varco since June 2013, Jim specializes in providing HSE guidance, risk assessment compilation, and COSHH assessments.
