Lindsey Donaldson has a diverse work experience. Lindsey began their career as an Outreach Coordinator at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2009. In 2012, they joined Glasgow 2014 Limited as a Programme & Risk Coordinator, where they played a crucial role in project delivery and policy development for a major sporting event. Lindsey returned to The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2014 and held various roles, including Outreach Projects and Activities Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Senior Project Officer, and Project Manager. Most recently, Lindsey was appointed as the Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in August 2021. Throughout their career, Lindsey has demonstrated expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and coordination of high-profile construction and academic projects.

Lindsey Donaldson obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University, completing their education from 2004 to 2008. In terms of additional certifications, they became a member of the Chartered Management Institute in June 2021 and obtained a Project Management Qualification (PMQ) from the Association for Project Management in December 2019.
