Martyn Milne

Martyn Milne is a strategic change leader with extensive experience in business transformation and digital consultancy. Currently serving as the Strategic Change Lead at The Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh since February 2023, Martyn oversees the design and implementation of business change initiatives in alignment with the College's strategic objectives. Prior to this role, Martyn held various leadership positions at The Scottish Government, including Business Transformation Manager and Head of PMO, where a significant focus was on managing projects and programs. Earlier experience includes founding a successful creative web design agency, leading digital projects at Intrelate Limited, and providing IT support and systems management at multiple organizations. Martyn's educational background includes an HND in Communication and an HNC in Computer Graphic Design and Production from North East Scotland College.
