Amr Almadani

Amr AlMadani has a diverse and extensive work experience. Amr currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The Royal Commission for AlUla, leading the organization's efforts to develop and transform the region into a prominent archaeological and cultural destination. Amr has also held leadership roles in various companies, including serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at Boutique Group and AlUla Development Company, Chairman of the Board at AlUla Club, and President of the Saudi Arabian Hot Air Ballooning Federation.

Amr AlMadani's work experience also extends to the international level. Amr is a Member of the Global Future Council on Cities at the World Economic Forum, contributing to discussions on global challenges and established systems. Additionally, they have been a Fellow at Eisenhower Fellowships, allowing him to engage with top experts and leaders from different industries.

Earlier in their career, Amr AlMadani co-founded National Talents Co. and served as a Board Member. Amr played a crucial role in managing various STEM competitions and programs, including the formation of the first International Science & Engineering Fair (ISEF) affiliated science fair program in Saudi Arabia. Amr also facilitated the coordination of Saudi students' delegations to ISEF, earning the country its first international student award in scientific research.

Amr was the Cofounder and Managing Director of TalentSlKCA, a company providing design, content, and operations services to Arabic-speaking organizations. Amr also participated in Tomouh, a network aiming to create collaborations and mentorship opportunities among top achievers in various fields.

Amr AlMadani's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Kansas, obtained between 1999 and 2003. Amr completed the Program for Leadership Development - PLD 18 from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2013 and 2014, focusing on Organizational Leadership. In 2018 and 2019, they pursued the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University Graduate School of Design, specializing in Development, Real Estate, Regional & Master Planning. Furthermore, they attended Columbia Business School in 2023 and 2024, where they obtained a degree in Venture Capital Private Equity Program, focusing on Investments and Securities. Amr also completed the Global CEO Program | Executive Education at IESE Business School in 2021 and 2022, specializing in International Business. Additionally, they obtained certifications from YPO as a member and the Harvard Business School Executive Education's Program for Leadership Development.
