Khaled Althenayan is a seasoned professional in policy development and legal advisory, currently serving as a Policy Development Senior Specialist at The Royal Commission for AlUla since December 2023. Prior to this role, Khaled held the position of Treaties and International Agreements Advisor and Policy and Legislation Advisor at the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority from June 2022 to December 2023. Khaled also gained valuable experience at the Saudi Central Bank – SAMA, working as a Senior Legal Specialist and Legal Specialist from March 2019 to May 2022. Khaled holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Finance Law from the University of Westminster and a Bachelor’s in Law from King AbdulAziz University, complemented by a High School Diploma from Dar Al Fikr Schools.
