Abdulaziz al Azem

Abdulaziz Al Azem is the Owner and Principal Designer of DTS, a Saudi Arabian lighting design firm founded in 2010, specializing in professional lighting designs for a range of projects, including residential and public spaces. With expertise as a Senior Advisor in Lighting for both the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and the Diplomatic Quarter General Authority, Abdulaziz has also contributed as a public speaker at various events, sharing knowledge on traditional lighting methods and sustainable design in heritage architecture. Additionally, Abdulaziz has served as a visiting and guest lecturer at multiple universities, focusing on architectural lighting design and its impact on spaces. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Architectural Lighting Design from Hochschule Wismar and a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from the Lebanese American University.
