Royal Exchange Theatre
Scarlett Spiro-Beazley is a dedicated professional in the performing arts sector, currently serving as the Children & Young People Producer at Royal Exchange Theatre since March 2021. With prior experience as the Performing Arts Programme Manager at Roundhouse Trust and Participation Manager at Greenwich & Lewisham Young People's Theatre, Scarlett has a strong background in engaging young audiences and communities. Previous roles at Frantic Assembly included Learning & Participation Project Manager and Ignition Coordinator, focusing on training young men in performance arts. Additional experience encompasses various positions in outreach, project coordination, marketing, and front-of-house management across multiple organizations, including Camden People's Theatre and Bethlem Gallery. Scarlett holds a degree in Visual Arts and Performance from the University of Brighton.
