Helena Pettit

Director of Gardens & Shows at The Royal Horticultural Society

Helena Pettit is the current Director of Gardens & Shows at the Royal Horticultural Society. Helena has previously worked as the Managing Director for the Grandstand Group from August 2008 to January 2018. During their time with the Grandstand Group, they were responsible for overseeing all incoming and outgoing monies, allocating company resources, and reporting developments to the board of directors on a monthly basis. Helena also led the growth of the Group businesses, identifying and actively pursuing market opportunities, conducting due diligence, and strategizing implementation strategies. Helena Pettit is a skilled leader who has empowered their team members with the tools and skills they need to excel in their roles.

Helena Pettit went to Bexhill College for their English and Media education and then Claverham Community College.

They work with Alistair Griffiths - Director of Science & Collections, Hayley Monckton - Director of Communications, and Jon Simpson - Director of IT. Helena Pettit reports to Clare Matterson, Director General.
