Susanne Gustafsson

Susanne Gustafsson has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as an Enhets- och konferensadministratör at Kungliga biblioteket National Library of Sweden since April 2014. Previous positions include Kurs- och konferensadministratör, Kundservice, and Utredningsassistent at the same institution, where responsibilities encompassed invoicing, quality control of statistical data, managing email queries, and conference administration. Prior to this, Susanne held various roles at Verbum Förlag from September 2000 to February 2014, including Försäljningskoordinator and Marknadsassistent, with a focus on article administration and event coordination. Earlier experience also includes customer service positions at SMS Publishing and administrative support roles at Postverket. Susanne completed a certification as Ekonomiassistent in 2013 and gained foundational education at several institutions from 1982 to 1989.
