Debbie Dollner

Debbie Dollner is an experienced leader in the healthcare and charitable sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive at The Royal Naval Benevolent Trust since April 2024. Prior to this role, Debbie held the position of Director of Health and Wellbeing at Morden College from January 2021 to April 2024, where responsibilities included senior leadership and board reporting as a trustee. Previously, Debbie was the Chief Operating Officer at Guild Care from June 2008 to August 2020, serving as Deputy CEO and CQC Nominated Individual. Earlier experience includes the role of Older Peoples Services Manager at The Hyde Group from April 1997 to June 2008.
