Craig Versfeld is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles within the hotel and restaurant industry. Currently serving as General Manager at The Royal Portfolio's La Residence since October 2017, Craig has previously held significant positions such as Deputy General Manager and Operations Manager at Birkenhead House Hotel, as well as Food and Beverage Manager at The Silo Hotel. Prior to this, Craig contributed to the Harbour House Group as Group Training and Development Manager and was involved in training and sales support for Lobster Ink across several African regions. Additional experience includes various Food and Beverage Manager roles at The Cape Milner Hotel and Village & Life, along with restaurant management positions at The Royal Institution of Great Britain, The Roundhouse Restaurant, and Sevruga Restaurant. Craig holds an International Higher Diploma in Hotel Management from the International Hotel School Cape Town.
