Jan Henning

Jan Henning has a diverse work experience in various sectors. Starting in 2012, they served as a Candidate Attorney at Badenhorst Attorneys, gaining extensive experience in civil litigation. In 2013, they worked as an Admitted Attorney at Marnewick & Greyling Attorneys, specializing in drafting legal documents and contracts. They also served as a Legal Advisor at SEESA (Pty) Ltd, assisting clients in various industries with employee-related matters. In 2015, Henning joined Consolidated Employers Organisation as a Litigation Official, representing members in CCMA cases. They then worked as an HR Manager at The Glen Boutique Hotel & Spa for a brief period in 2016. In 2017, they became the HR & Legal Manager at Nolands SA, handling legal, HR, recruitment, and compliance management. In 2019, Henning joined The Royal Portfolio as a Human Resources Manager and later became the Head of Human Resources at Royal Malewane. Additionally, they are the Owner and Consultant at Henning Labour Law Consultants since 2020. Prior to their career in law and HR, Henning worked as an artist since 2007.

Jan Henning completed their high school education at Nylstroom Highschool from 2002 to 2006, earning a Matric degree. Jan then pursued higher education at North-West University / Noordwes-Universiteit from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree with a focus on law.
