Jessica Hill has extensive work experience in the field of development services and fundraising. Jessica started their career as a Keyholder at Nash's House at The Shakespeare Birthplace Trust in 2010, where they supervised a team and performed guiding, retail, and ticket desk duties. Jessica then moved on to become a Development Officer at the same organization, where they handled all aspects of fundraising and managed the Friends of the Shakespeare Birthplace Trust membership scheme.

In 2014, Jessica joined the Royal Shakespeare Company as a Development Officer, specializing in major gifts and trusts. Jessica held this role until 2017, during which they contributed to the organization's fundraising efforts.

From 2017 to 2018, Jessica worked at Katharine House Hospice as a Major Partnerships Manager. In this role, they managed a team responsible for income from corporate partners, major donors, and trusts. Jessica achieved significant growth in income across all lines within 9 months and implemented plans for further income growth.

Jessica then returned to the Royal Shakespeare Company in 2018, where they initially served as a Development Services Manager. In this position, they played a crucial role in the organization's development services. Jessica was later promoted to Head of Development Services, a position they currently hold.

Throughout their career, Jessica has consistently demonstrated their expertise in fundraising, development services, and team management.

Jessica Hill attended Loughborough University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Drama with a minor in English. In addition, they acquired a Certificate in Fundraising from the Institute of Fundraising in March 2012, and an Emergency First Aid at Work certification from AC First Aid in October 2010.
