Robyn Winfield-Smith is a theatre professional with extensive experience in directing and producing within the arts sector, particularly focusing on LGBTQIA+ and disabled-led initiatives. As the Founder-Director of Liminal Stage Productions since November 2015, Robyn has championed emerging virtual production and immersive technologies to create innovative theatrical experiences. Currently serving as the Theatre & Emerging Technologies Lead at Hat Trick Productions, Robyn has also held key roles at the Royal Shakespeare Company and received recognition as an ACE Developing Your Creative Practice Grant Recipient. Additional earlier roles include directing productions at Omnibus and The Print Room, as well as strategic development work at various theatres, underpinning a strong commitment to community engagement and supporting emerging writers. Robyn holds a First degree in English & Theatre from the University of Warwick.
