Richard Whitecross is currently the Head of Law at Edinburgh Napier University where Richard also holds the title of Professor. Richard is the Programme Leader for the Doctorate in Business Administration and a lecturer in various law modules. Richard has also served as Chair of the Board of Examiners for The Law Society of Scotland and as a Vice-Convenor for the Law Reform - Administrative Justice Sub-committee at the Royal Society of Edinburgh. Richard has a background in research and has been involved in various research projects and roles throughout their career in academia and government institutions.
