Lynda Dalgleish is a seasoned marketing professional with over 30 years of experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing at The Royal Yacht Britannia since April 2011, Lynda oversees marketing initiatives for this historic attraction. Prior to this role, Lynda was the Marketing Manager at the Scottish Seabird Centre, where responsibilities included strategic marketing, brand strategy, and online communications. Earlier career highlights include serving as Head of Marketing for Sport Scotland, focusing on raising awareness of sport-related issues, and as Marketing & Communications Manager at Montgomery Exhibitions, where Lynda created strategies for major conferences and events. Lynda began their career as an Accounts Executive at Robertson Advertising. Lynda holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Edinburgh Napier University and an MA in English Language & Literature from the University of Edinburgh.

The Royal Yacht Britannia is situated in Edinburgh's historic port of Leith. For over forty years Britannia proudly served as a floating Royal residence to Her Majesty The Queen and the British Royal family. For 12 successive years, Britannia has been named Scotland's Best Visitor Attraction (VisitScotland) and is renowned as one of the world’s most luxurious and prestigious evening events venues.
