Rosanna Lashley is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various healthcare and non-profit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources & Labour Relations at The Royal Mental Health Centre since March 2015, Rosanna has previously held notable roles, including Director of the HR Service Centre at Canadian Blood Services from August 2012 to March 2015 and Manager of Human Resources at The Ottawa Hospital from December 2002 to August 2012. Rosanna also worked as the Manager of Human Resources Operations at Canadian Blood Services from January 2001 to December 2002. Throughout these positions, Rosanna has successfully overseen diverse HR teams, managing critical functions such as labour relations, recruitment, grievance resolution, code of conduct complaints, and benefits administration.
