Pegui Mariduena

Pegui Mariduena, MBA, CMC has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles and consulting positions. Currently, Pegui is the Chief Operating Officer at The Royster Group, Inc., where they are responsible for business transformation, program management, contract compliance, and new business development. Prior to this, Pegui served as President of StarMar Consulting LLC, where they specialized in strategic management consulting, multicultural business integration, and small business coaching. Pegui also worked as the Director of Strategic Marketing at Manheim, where they established a Hispanic marketing program and grew the business competencies of the marketing services staff. Additionally, Pegui held positions at The Coca-Cola Company, TGIF Management Group, Brach's Confectioners, and Kraft Foods, gaining experience in diversity development, brand management, sales, and marketing consulting.

Pegui Mariduena holds an MBA degree in Marketing from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, which they completed in 1992. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Communications from DePaul University, which they completed in 1987. In addition to their academic qualifications, they are also a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from the Institute of Management Consultants USA.
