Sarah Filman

Sarah Filman is a seasoned leadership coach and facilitator with a diverse background in various educational and corporate roles. Currently serving as a Certified Leadership Coach at Playful Perspectives, Sarah utilizes play to help leaders explore new perspectives and foster team growth through engaging workshops. Additional roles include Improv for Anxiety Instructor at The Rozzie Square Theater, Leadership and Career Coach at A Better Monday, and coaching positions at LeggUP and Topknot. Previously, Sarah held significant positions at Code.org, where contributions included developing K-12 computer science curriculum and leading education initiatives, and at Microsoft, focusing on OneDrive's development and strategic partnerships. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics - Computer Science from Brown University and completed core energy coaching training at iPEC Coaching.
