John Barber

John Barber is an experienced architect with a diverse background in residential and commercial architecture. Currently serving as an Architect Associate at the RPA Group since June 2014, John leads the residential architecture team while reporting to the executive residential director. Prior to this role, John was the Director of Consulting General Architectural Practice at TPFL Architects, where responsibilities included overseeing residential and commercial projects in Kent and South East England. John's earlier experience includes senior architect roles at Brimelow McSweeney Architects, where commercial and retail projects were managed, and associate positions at Clague, focusing on residential development. Additionally, John held the role of Design Manager at DAVID MCLEAN HOMES and served as Regional Architect at Bryant Homes, managing various residential developments across multiple regions. John holds a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and Environmental Design from the University of Nottingham.
