Jeff Williamson

Dr. Jeff Williamson currently serves as the Executive Director of Corporate Engagement at Olivet Nazarene University (IL) He launched and established the corporate engagement program, developing corporate relationships with over 100 different organizations in the past five years. Prior to this assignment he was the Dean of the School of Graduate & Continuing Studies at ONU, and was a Professor of Organizational Leadership at his previous institution.

He is the Founder/President of CMG Group, which is an executive coaching and consulting company located in the Chicago area. CMG Group exists to coach, mentor, and guide leaders toward maximizing the talents and gifts of their workforce, by driving organizational health through personal and professional growth

Dr. Williamson continues to teach and train extensively on topics such as: Discovering Your Strengths, Personal Leadership, Coaching, Mentoring, & Conflict Resolution, Organizational & Personal Communication, and Strategic Planning.

Beyond his work experience, he completed a year of post-doctoral studies in marketing at The Ohio State University, Fisher College of Business. Previously, he was certified in Fundraising Management by the Indiana University, Lily Family School of Philanthropy, and also earned the Doctor of Education degree in Leadership from Argosy University, a Master’s degree in Communication from Ball State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Olivet Nazarene University.

He serves on numerous boards and advisory groups, such as: Community Foundation of Kankakee River Valley, The Center for Law & Culture, The Bridge Teen Center in Orland Park, Camp for Change, and Cornerstone Services.
