Dean Collura

Dean Collura has been with The Ruhlin Company since August 1983, where Dean currently holds the position of Chief Estimator in the Civil Division. Prior to that, Dean worked at Davey McKee from January 1974 to August 1983 as a Project Estimator. Dean graduated from Cleveland State University in 1974 with a Bachelor Of Science in Civil Engineering, after attending St Joseph High School from 1966 to 1969.
