Rafiky Hussin

Rafiky Hussin has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Guest Services Manager at The RuMa Hotel and Residences since July 2018. Prior to this role, Rafiky held positions as Customer Experience Executive and Service Centre Agent at the same establishment. From April 2015 to July 2018, Rafiky worked at Fraser Residence Kuala Lumpur as a Service Centre Agent, contributing to a strong foundation in customer service and guest relations.
