Timothy Kandilis is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in various roles within the hotel industry. Currently serving as a Reservations Sales Agent at The RuMa Hotel and Residences since October 2023, Timothy has previously held positions including Grand Club Host at Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur and Butler Service Desk Agent at St.Regis Kuala Lumpur, where responsibilities included ensuring timely and professional service for guests as well as maintaining effective communication across departments. Additional experience includes roles at GuestReady, Container Hotel Group, Hotel Equatorial Penang, YTL Hotels, AHS Hospitality, Resorts World Sentosa, and The Royale Bintang The Curve. Timothy possesses a strong educational background in hotel management, holding a Master's degree from Blue Mountain International Hotel Management School and a Bachelor's degree from Taylor's University.
