Liz is a Certified Personal Trainer based in Central Massachusetts who hopes to help others build a love for running, fitness, and overall love for the human body. She is also a Certified Spartan SGX Coach as well as a Certified Movement and Mobility Specialist.

Liz started running and weightlifting in high school but, In her early 20s, she stopped in order to focus on her job and developed anxiety, depression, and gained almost 20 lbs. After finding a new job she revisited running and strength training.

After an accidental 10 miler, she signed up for her 1st race ever, a 10K race in September 2010 – Run to the Rock in Plymouth, MA – and finished in 50:43 loving every minute of it! This ignited her love for pushing her body and the “Run Love” seed.

She has since raced in numerous distances such as 5Ks, a few 10Ks, Half Marathons, a Trail Marathon, and a 50K Trail Ultra Marathon. She has also raced in numerous Obstacle Course Races such as the Warrior Dash, numerous Spartan Sprints (5 miles 20 Obstacles), Spartan Supers (8+ miles 25 Obstacles), 1 Spartan Beast (13+ miles 30 Obstacles), Sprint Triathlons, Ragnar Relay Trail Races and a 2nd Place overall female win in a local Mini Triathlon.

Through the years she has battled IT Band syndrome, shin splints, and plantar fasciitis. It wasn’t until finding The Run Experience, applying the mobility, strength, running drills, and use of their YouTube videos, that she was able to move through and heal these ailments. This, ultimately, rekindled her love for distance. She has utilized The Run Experience Beginning Runner Program, 30 Day Challenge, 5K, Running Strength, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon programs to complete a 50K.
